The six newly build holiday homes are all three-rooms apartments, located in the “Arruli Residence”, in the locality of “Lu Fraili di Sotto”, a hamlet of San Teodoro which has all services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. They are located in a panoramic and peaceful position, in front of the Puntaldia peninsula, about 1,5 km from the wonderful Lu Impostu beach. Each house is ideal for families who wish to spend the summer on the seaside, in comfort and relax.

The six apartments are all terraced house. Two at the end of the row and four in the central row, surrounded by a beautiful garden.
They are covered with hand-sculped white granite and natural split fieldstone, typical of Gallura.
Each house is about 70m2, consists of a large living area with sofa bed and open kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom equipped with two single beds, a bathroom equipped with shower.
The furnishings are treated with harmonious colors that reflect the typical “Sardinian Sea” theme.
Furthermore, the apartments have a splendid furnished covered veranda, excellent to relax in the quietness.
Each apartment is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, television, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, water reserve and private parking space.
